Storm the Watershed Festival & Trail Run was created to raise awareness about stormwater pollution and the effect it has on our water systems.
These pollutants can lead to contaminated drinking water, costly sewage backups, and harm the recreational use of our rivers and streams.
The Storm the Watershed Festival & 15k/5k Trail Run will include family-friendly activities like parent/child fishing, a bounce house, face painting, festive fall snacks, local arts and crafts vendors and artisans you can take home, music, pumpkin painting, and much more. Festival attendees are encouraged to assist us in cheering on our runners as they leave the start line. Lunch can be purchased from our food vendor during the festival. All festival activities, not including lunch, are free of charge and we encourage you to visit the water utility booths to learn about how you can protect your watershed.
